Event Pricing 2024

• $1,500

Includes: One day only, event building, prep kitchen, gazebo, use of all decorations, props and linens, decorating and set-up same day, tables and chairs, fire pit. Clean up same day. Event guests enjoy a 10% camping discount for their entire stay.  

• $2,000

Includes: Two days, event building, prep kitchen, gazebo, use of all decorations, props and linens, decorating, set-up and rehearsal the day before, tables and chairs, fire pit (if permitted). Clean up same day. Event guests enjoy a 10% camping discount for their entire stay.

• $3,000

Includes: Three days, event building, prep kitchen, gazebo, use of all decorations, props and linens, decorating, set-up, rehearsal the day before, tables and chairs,  fire pit (if permitted). Clean up and use of the building the following day. Event guests enjoy a 10% camping discount for their entire stay.

• $300

Cleaning deposit: returned after inspection with no damage and the facility clean.

• $300 per day

Family reunions, class reunions, parties, meetings, baby showers, bridal showers, group gatherings. 4 hours or more - includes set-up and clean-up. 10% camping discount.

• $150 or less

Meetings, parties, baby showers, bridal showers, group gatherings. up to 4 hours - includes set-up and clean-up.

Parties, meetings- 2nd day and each day following.
